Ordering Details:
1.Send an email to shopping-lovers@hotmail.co.uk
with the header "ORDER DETAILS" if you are 100% sure of purchasing the item(s).
Your message should include the following :
a)Your Name
b)Mailing Address
c)Code/Size/Price
d)Normal Mail/Registered Mail
2. A notification email will be sent upon receiving your order.
3. Do check your mailbox regularly for our mails after you've send out your orders.
4. NO changes will be allowed/refund once payment is made.
5. We will NOT hesitate to blacklisted &banned any dead buyer for future purchases.
6. Item(s) will be checked before mailing out.
7.Order placing does NOT hold items for reservation UNLESS payment has been made.
8. Registered postage fees is inclusive if you spend more than $75.
Delivery options & Details:
Normal Postage:
1. We will NOT responsible if items arrives damaged under normal postage during the postage services.
2.We will NOT be liable for lost mails/parcels through normal local postage.
3.NO tracking numbers will be provided upon delivery.
Registered Postage:
1.we STRONGLY recommend to all our customers to select registered postage to reduce the chances of damage or lost item(s).
2..Tracking numbers WILL be provided upon delivery.
3. customers SHALL bear any additional charges for the item(s) which weight more than 1kg.
Payment Details:
1. Upon receiving the notification email, please make your payments before friday 2pm via ATM transfer after receiving our invoice, else reservations will be voided.

2. PLease Kindly inform us that payment has been made via email and include:
a) Transaction reference
b) Amount Transferred
c) Date and time transferred
d) A clear snapshot of your receipt is required.
Do retain your receipt till your payment is acknowledged.
3.Upon receiving the payment, we will send the items within 1-2weeks, as we would only send your orders after friday 2pm.unless otherwise stated.
4. Items will be posted by singpost in the next coming monday if order is receive after 2pm on friday.
